4.分支电缆电压降计算branch cable voltage drop calculation
设计干线时,  除要考虑电缆载流量外,还应考虑电压降。当干线中间有几处分支时,从电源到最终负载的电压降,要根据分支电缆的电流量、干线的特性阻抗及分支的间隔按以下公式计算求出。Ed=KZ  ΣnLnIn=KZΣnLnin (V)公式中:
Ed-电压降(V) (相线间)K-配电常数      单相2线制:K=2    单相3线制:K=l   三相4线制:K=l
  三相5线制:K=l   in,In-区间几的负载电流(A)    LnIn-区间几的长度(km)    Z-缆的阻抗( Ω/km)=RcosQ+×sinQ  R-交流电阻( Ω/km)   cosQ-负载功率固数   ×-电抗(Q/km)   SinQ=
When desingning main trunk,cable carrying Capacity and voltage drop should be considered When several branches appear in the middle of main trunk,voltage drop between power source and ending load should calculated by the following formula according to branch cable current,trunk characteristic impedance and branch interval  In the formula:Ed-voltage drop K:distribution constant  Single-phase two-wire:K=2   Single-phase tri-wire:K=l  Tri-phase four-wire:K=l  Tri-phase five-wire:K-l  Interval n load current Interval n length Z-cable impedance   R-AC resistance  ×-reactance
5.分支电缆的使用安装方法(简介)
5.1电缆的敷设施工方法: cable laying method
垂直干线的预制分支电缆一般应按以下要领进行敷设; Vertical trunk pre-fabricated branched cable can be laid according to the
 following points:
(1)将电缆盘放在放线架上(通常电缆盘放在楼下);put cable tray on the pay-offrack (cable tray is usually put downstairs)
(2)提升电缆用的绳索通过牵引机与电缆连接;cord used to upgrade cable connect to cable by draw machine
(3)开动牵引机将电缆提升上去; run draw machine to upgrade cable
(4)提升用的电缆网套到达房顶时,将网套挂在事先准备好的吊钩上;after cable net used for upgrading reaches the roof,put cable net on the advance prepared lifting hook,
(5)对中间部位进行固定;fasten middle section ofcable
(6)将分支线端头与电流表或断流器相接;connect branch terminal with amperemeter or circuit breaker
(7)进行横相干线或主干线板连接。connect cross direction trunk or main trunk board
 
5.2施工注意事项:construction attention rule
(1)事先确认运输方法;confirm distribution method in advance
(2)确认分支部是否能安全通过孔洞;confirm if branch can safely pass cavern
(3)采取预防措施防止提升过程中分支部在贯通孔洞时损伤;adopt precautionary measures to avoid damage when branch passing cavern during upgrading process
(4)提升过程中不要对分支电缆施加张力;don’t put force on branch cab]e when upgrading
(5)使用电缆重量4倍以上强度的绳索;use cord whose strength is 4 multiple than cable weight
(6)事先考虑避雨方法及空盘处理方法:consider rain shield method and blank panel handling method in advance
(7)电缆提升完后,应立即将电缆固定;immediately fasten cable after lifting cable
(8)电缆禁止直接使用铁质夹具。forbidden to use iron chucking directly  
 
6、订货须知   0rdering notice
订货时请向生产厂家提供以下资料  Please supply the following information to producing factory when ordering
(1)干线电缆的型号、导体截面及长度。type oftrunk cable,conductor section and length
(2)分支电缆的型号,导体截面及长度。type ofbranch cable,conductor section and length
(3)是否需要对电缆进行末端处理。ifneed to do terminal treatment to cable
(4)配电系统图及配电方式(如3相5线制等)。distribution system map and distribution method
(5)是否需要配套安装附件等。ifneed to assort accessory
